This workshop was created through a combination of my master’s training in health and wellness coaching, my training as a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and my experience applying these concepts to my own struggle with food and weight loss. I’ve put it all together to share with you. This is not a diet or weight loss plan. You are the expert of your body. You’ll learn how to take back control, make peace with food and your own body, and listen to what your body says it needs and wants.
I’ll share with you how to deal with emotional eating and not turn to food, how to recognize signs of hunger and fullness, the value of eating when you’re hungry, stopping when you’re full, and how to be at peace with whatever you choose to eat. Imagine what it would be like never feeling guilty about what you eat. We’ll talk about the benefits and the joy in movement and remove the feeling of being required to exercise for weight loss.
