Having someone help and support you, who has travelled the same path, is perhaps the most powerful way to fuel change. As a coach, I provide accountability and support, but more importantly, a non-judgmental safe space to experiment with change. Change of thoughts, feelings, and old habits and the opportunity to create the perfect future for you. That’s the most important aspect of my coaching.

Secondary to my personal experience, I have two Master’s degrees, one in Special Education, and the other in Health & Wellness Coaching. I’m also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and in the process of ICF Certification.

I can’t wait to see how I can help you reach your health + wellness goals!

Hey, I’m Julie. I wanted to share with you a little bit about my journey. Like most adult women, I’ve been on a diet my whole life. Most recently, I was on Keto.

When you’re eating, pay attention to eating, pay attention to the food you’re eating, pay attention to what your body’s telling you and pay attention to when you’re full.

One of the things I’ve been paying close attention to is the food that I’m eating and the taste and do I even like it? I’ve discovered there are some things I’ve been eating and I was like, “Oh wow!"

Julie helped identify my passion!

I was fortunate enough to be selected to receive 5-6 life coaching sessions from Julie Glynn as part of her Master’s program in Life and Wellness coaching. I had just moved to a new city, had no job, knew no one and plus was depressed! I was over 60 and had difficulty finding a job so moved here to attend a Pharmacy Tech program. Julie quickly identified my passion—health and fitness. She urged me to step outside my comfort zone and ask for a discount or scholarship to a Pilates training program I had been wanting to attend. I was given a $250 discount! I also was uncertain if I would have to move again once my Pharmacy program was over.

Julie helped me realize that it would be more beneficial to me with more opportunity for personal and profession growth to remain here (Colorado is full of fitness and wellness people). I was able to successfully complete my Pharmacy tech program along with the 2 internships. With Julie’s help, I created an intention of jumping in and learning as much as I could at my final internship. I worked like a dog at an 80 hour unpaid internship and ended up receiving 2 A’s and 2 B’s in my program plus a great recommendation. I’m now working full time at a new career! I never thought I could work in a corporation but this corporation fits me so well—I live at the corner of happy and Wellness. Those are 2 important words in my life.

Although I don’t work in my passion area, it fuels my ability to do other things. My passion is mainly an avocation. It is an avocation that can be shared with others so that is also of making friends. Julie had excellent ideas to get to know new people here. My life has taken a totally new direction, totally in alignment with what is important to me. I have met new friends and am even in the first loving reciprocal relationship that I have had in many years. Julie’s coaching and encouragement was spot on and had much to do with changing my life. I can’t thank her enough. I would highly recommend her as a life and wellness coach.

She has a gift for coaching!

Julie was absolutely incredible to work with, she truly has a gift for coaching and is able to guide with such ease and flow.  Julie listens with intention and compassion, and was able to beautifully reflect back my thoughts.  She always seemed to have the perfect followup question, pushing me to dig deeper to understand potential solutions and encouraging me to find my own answers.  Julie is a wonderful coach, and a valuable asset to anyone looking for health and wellness support.
